• We give management and structuring advice in relation to corporate jets.
• We give brands and licensing advice mostly to businesses involved with private aircraft, watches and jewellery.
• We combine experience with innovation based on practical experience of industry.

• We work in all business sectors but we mainly deal with manufacturing and engineering businesses.
• We have a sector focus on aerospace and aviation.
• Within aviation, we have particular expertise in corporate jets.
• In certain circumstances we will provide or arrange non-executive directorships.

• Transactions between Asia and the UK, Italy and France. We can work in English, French, Italian and Mandarin.
• Based in Hong Kong but the transactions we work with are usually outside Hong Kong.
